Welcome to the Exhibitor Resource Center! Here you will find all of the tools and resources that you’ll need to plan your successful event in Miami Beach. This area of our website is for current exhibitors only and is used to manage the exhibiting process. Please check back often for updates and additional information as you plan your show.

***ATTENTION EXHIBITORS***

• During show hours, move-in and move-out, all badges exhibitors entering or exiting the hall will need to have their photo ID (ie: driver’s license) to show security.
• Security will check IDs against the name listed on the badge. If they do not match, you will be denied entry.

THE EXHIBITOR CONSOLE
The Exhibitor Console is a platform that we use where you can order your light tracks directly from Show Management, upload product descriptions with images, and order show marketing specials. The more information and products you include in your profile, the better chance have of increasing traffic to your booth. For onboarding instructions and tips, click here.

We strongly recommend that you take a few minutes now to complete your profile and upload any product information. Your profile will be searchable when the Exhibitor Console is opened to pre-registered retailers.

* Exercise extreme caution with all communications received from unapproved hotel vendors and unauthorized attendee list agencies claiming to be affiliated with the show. We do not sell, rent and/or distribute our exhibitors’ and/or attendees’ contact information and do not approve of these institutions using the Original Miami Beach Antique Show name. All show related affiliations will be displayed through your exhibitor console or displayed on our website. Please contact Show Management directly if you have any questions.
